On behalf of West Riding House in Leeds, Moorfield Group and joint venture partner Holbeck Land have announced a further office letting at the 19 storey landmark building to Rock Deformation Research (RDR).
RDR, a leading structural geology consultancy has taken 5,180 sq ft (481.2 sq m) of space on a ten year lease, close to the asking rent of £16.95 per square foot (£182.45 per square meter). Speaking on behalf of the joint venture partnership, Paul Makin and Robert Firth, Moorfield and Holbeck Land said: "The two lettings in as many months is testament to the successful refurbishment and lettings strategy we have in place at West Riding House. It is very rewarding to present existing and new tenants with good quality office space that meets the requirements of modern business, coupled with a flexible management approach in a building with unrivalled location and profile. West Riding House is proving to be the office space of choice and we are delighted to be welcoming RDR."
Ian Pollock, Commercial director of RDR said "We considered a number of options across the City which could meet our requirements in terms of size, location for employees and visitors alike and the best possible working environment. West Riding House met these requirements providing high quality space with inspiring views across the city centre with a location second to none."
